Monthly physical subscriptions are mailed through USPS. Delivery times are estimates. Please update your address before the monthly cutoff. If your package arrives damaged or is not received, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery window. Because subscription items are prepared specifically for each subscriber, physical mailings and digital products are generally non-refundable once processed or delivered. Customers may cancel future renewals before the next billing date.
